A sister company to Franschhoek Plumbing, Franschhoek Air conditioning has been going since January 2024, quietly establishing itself in the village through the year.
No introduction is needed for co-owners Michel and Estelle, local residents and owners of Franschhoek Plumbing. Having run and been Franschhoeks premier plumbing company since 1993, owners Michel and Estelle Failé have long wanted to provide an additional service to their long standing clients. Aiming to bring the same quality and reliability to Franschhoek Air Conditioning the plan was set in motion in 2022.
Co-owner Terence da Silva having recently moved back from the United Kingdom with his young family, setting up together was an easy decision!
With over 18 years in the commercial plumbing and gas industry, over 6 years in the HVAC industry teaming up with FH Plumbing seemed like the natural way to bring everyone together and achieve the dream of providing an additional service to the long standing clients and  local community.
Terence and Michel’s desire to provide quality workmanship, reliability and expertise is the driving force with which this journey has started and aims to continue.
Along with our well known and trusted team in the office, Estelle, Jess, Bradley and Ronnie, we are excited with what the future holds.
